The Solution

Special education professionals work to accommodate student modifications to ensure each student is receiving the best education possible.  One such modification that is difficult to accommodate is student privacy during testing with a proctor and extended test time.  Holy Family Elementary school contacted Screenflex with such a dilemma.  Our sales team listened to their needs and concerns and recommended the Screenflex Study Carrels.  Study Carrels are attached to the wall with an open and lower wall hinge which allows the divider to move around this pivot point from flat against the wall or to extend out.  When students privacy accommodations need to be met, just extend the wall into the classroom to provide the appropriate privacy.  When the task is complete, simply fold the walls against the wall for easy and compact storage.  The fabric walls are tackable and absorb ambient noise in a classroom.
