Screenflex Vinyl Room Dividers Offer Privacy and an Easy-to-Clean Surface

The vinyl material we use as a divider covering has a rigid surface and is more water-resistant than the Screenflex fabric. This covering can be gently wiped down with a cleaning solvent and also has a built-in antimicrobial agent for extra sanitation. Our vinyl room dividers have a 3/4 inch closed cell honeycomb core that helps absorb excess echoes. These partitions are portable, easy to clean, and fold accordion-style to create a variety of shapes. Using your divider is simple—Roll your screen to the desired location in your facility, configure it to the design you want, and lock the self-leveling end casters in place. Each 3/4-inch-thick panel is made of a closed-cell honeycomb core for maximum sound absorption. The panel is then covered in 76% recycled fabric to reduce noise by up to 55%. A steel frame surrounds the entire panel for added strength.

A set of chrome plated Multi-Unit Connectors installed on the end frames of Screenflex Room Dividers allow you to customize the length of your room divider. A simple turn of the latch joins dividers together to form the length you desire.

What is the difference between vinyl and fabric room divider coverings?

Our vinyl room dividers have a harder surface, making them easier to sanitize by simply wiping them down with a cleaning solution. The vinyl dividers also have a built-in antimicrobial agent on them for extra cleanliness.

Our fabric room dividers have a softer covering that is better suited for pinning items to them and absorbing more sound.

Do all of your products have vinyl covering options?

Most of our fabric-covered freestanding partitions can substitute vinyl instead for a small upcharge. However, in the cases when displaying signage is the goal, fabric-covered Screenflex products are the better choice.

How can I clean my vinyl room divider?

Clean any dirt or stains by rubbing lightly with a mild soap, detergent, or non-abrasive cleanser using a moistened cloth, sponge, or stiff nylon brush. Towel dry.

Is vinyl different than plastic?

Vinyl material is a form of plastic.

The dividers are exactly what we needed! We are using them to divide larger areas of our clinic into smaller areas. We borrowed some Screenflex dividers in the summer of 2020 for Covid restrictions. The ones we borrowed were 20 years old and they looked like new with even a lot of use. So we knew that Screenflex would be a solid investment. Our buying experience was exceptional. The dividers are simply perfect for our portable video production studio in our library! They are simple to use, STURDY and will stand up to use by the general public and have a professional look. The dividers give us a portable, semi-private acoustical wall. Honestly, we had some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Well done Lourdes!

The dividers are easy to move. They are sturdy even with the height at over 6ft. We need to block off the hot lunch line when PE needs to meet in the cafe/multipurpose room. The dividers gives the students safety while carrying their lunches. Our purchase experience was great. Lourdes had lots of advice and gave me helpful guidance. The quote was immediate and the dividers arrived quickly.

We love the room dividers. The product is easy to use and they are very well constructed. We are using the room dividers in a room that serves as part sample storage space and part meeting room. They make our room look very professional and provide an overall great appearance. Our flooring samples have always been stored in our warehouse and they were always dusty and hard to find. We converted a showroom into a dual purpose room where we can now keep our samples organized and clean. The room divider completed that project.

The dividers are sturdy and a good height for high school students and staff. In the purchasing process, we liked all of the customization choices. It was nice to get exactly what we needed. I heard about Screenflex from my colleague. We are dividing up special education students at times so they are able to focus better in small groups. When not needed, they can be shifted out of the way. Super easy! Our sales experience was great. Lourdes Morales is amazing.
